B2B Return & Replacement Policy
As an industrial B2B manufacturer, QINKO FPV strictly enforces the following Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy for sample units and bulk electronic components. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or unused inventory. Returns are strictly limited to manufacturing defects or transit damage.
30-Day Defect Return Policy You may request an RMA for defective items within 30 days after receiving the product. To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and in original new condition
- Free of soldering marks, scratches, or installation damage
- Returned with all original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging
- Accompanied by a commercial invoice or proof of purchase
⚠️ Industry Standard Notice: Any signs of installation or use (e.g., soldering, mounting marks, bent pins, cut wires) will strictly void the return and warranty eligibility due to the sensitive nature of FPV electronic components.
How to Initiate a Return To begin an RMA request, please contact your account manager at allen@qinkofpv.com. Approved returns must be shipped to our manufacturing facility: Room 206, Building B, City Mountain and Sea Plaza, No. 37 Longjing'ao Road, Yangmei Community, Bantian Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. (Please do not send items back without an approved RMA number.)
Damages, DOA, or Wrong Item Please inspect your bulk crates or sample packages as soon as they arrive. If you received a defective item (DOA), a product damaged in transit, or the wrong unit, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of:
- The product and specific defect
- Industrial packaging
- Shipping label This helps us confirm the issue with the factory line quickly and provide a replacement or credit for your next bulk order.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of FPV electronics and B2B manufacturing, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been soldered, powered on, installed, or modified
- Items damaged due to incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, crashes, or improper use
- Customized OEM/White-label products
- Consumable or wear items (e.g., propellers, antennas with visible wear)
Replacements & Bulk Order Credits If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will issue a replacement unit. Alternatively, the value of the defective sample/unit can be credited toward your next bulk order.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your authorized return at our facility, we will notify you of the inspection result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original corporate payment method or bank account within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at allen@qinkofpv.com.
