Order Processing All bulk orders and sample units are processed within 1–3 business days. Electronic components such as VTX, ESC, motors, and antennas undergo strict functional verification and industrial-grade calibration before shipping to ensure quality. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high bulk order volume or production adjustment, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–20 business days
  • Canada: 8–20 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Middle East: 8–15 business days

Shipping Fees Shipping costs for bulk orders and sample units are quoted based on:

  • Package weight & crate size
  • Selected B2B shipping method
Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Shipping carrier information Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Standard B2B Protocol) International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local customs.
  • Buyers are completely responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import charges.
  • We cannot control customs processing or delays.
  • Marking items as “gift” or reducing declared value is strictly not supported.

Shipping Restrictions Due to aviation regulations, certain battery types (LiPo batteries or power systems) may:

  • Ship separately from other items

Lost or Delayed Packages If your freight is significantly delayed:
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • If unresolved, email us at allen@qinkofpv.com
  • We will help file an investigation with the shipping provider.
  • Lost packages will be replaced or refunded after the carrier completes their investigation.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages Please make sure your corporate shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, missing information, or customer refusal, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.
